Errors.

In addition all weights and size dimensions are approximate. If a product offered by us is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a full refund in accordance with our return, exchange and refund policies.

Mispricing.

Delivery/Shipping Terms.

Many pieces we create are hand crafted at the time of order and will require 2-4 weeks for manufacture and delivery.
The delivery dates stated by the Site are always approximate and failure
to meet them will not result in default or in the forfeiture of any rights.
The Buyer is obliged to take delivery of the goods bought at the time they are delivered to the Buyer, or at the time they are made available to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of service. If the Buyer refuses to take delivery or fails to provide information or instructions required for the delivery, the goods will be stored at the Buyer’s risk. In that case, the Buyer will owe all additional costs, including the storage costs in any event.

Refunds and Returns.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Refunds will be processed on the same card as the original payment was made. If there is a reason you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately as it will not be possible to cancel once your product has been shipped. You will still be eligible for our refund process if needed.
